About the Role :

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and debug embedded software and applications for real-time or Linux-based systems. The engineer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing firmware, working with communication protocols, integrating low-level drivers, and ensuring reliable system performance through hands-on debugging and profiling tools. The role supports the development of network-enabled embedded products, with added advantage for candidates experienced in wireless protocols, C++, and Linux multithreaded applications.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

  • Exp - 1 - 3 Yrs.
  • Experience in C/C++ on embedded platform (C++ will have extra advantage)
  • Experience in debugging (hands on any of tool: Profiling, valgrind, gdb, kdb, IAR Debugging, LA etc.)
  • Experience in development of any network protocols (Advantage - Wireless protocols)
  • Experience in developing application / firmware on any RTOS or Linux
  • Linux Application Development (use of multithreaded application, IPC) - (Advantage)
  • Understanding of any Low-level drivers - UART/I2C/SPI etc.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification - B. E, B. Tech, M. E, M. Tech
  • Exposure to Metering is an added advantage.
  • Experience 1 to 3 years.
