Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead all aspects of reliability maintenance, including plant maintenance, CBM, TBM, PM, and spare part management.
Implement and maintain 5s, ISO, and TS16949 standards within the engineering services department.
Ensure compliance with EHS and WCM guidelines and regulations.
Manage and coordinate engineering projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience in coating line, printing technology, utility such as compressors,AHU,Chillers,etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
5-7 years of experience in engineering services with a focus on reliability maintenance.
Proficiency in 5s, ISO, and TS16949 standards.
Strong understanding of EHS and WCM principles.
Proven track record of managing engineering projects effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
