Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • Developer with strong front-end expertise in TypeScript, Web Components, orLit, along with any backend experience. The role involves building scalable, high-performance applications with a focus on clean architecture and maintainability.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduation in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field
  • 0-2 Years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reusable UI components using Web Components and Lit
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs
  • Design and implement end-to-end features
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
  • Debug and resolve issues across the full stack

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Hands-on experience with Web Components (Custom Elements, Shadow DOM)
  • Experience with Lit / LitElement
  • Experience in any backend development
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)

Good to Have:

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Go testing)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of performance optimization (frontend and backend)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to take ownership of features end-to-end
