1. Position Details

Designation: Engineer Techno Marketing

Location: Manipur/ Shillong / Mizoram / Nagaland

Experience: 25 years (Cement / Building Materials Industry preferred)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Department: Techno Marketing

2. Role Purpose

The Engineer Techno Marketing is responsible for providing technical support to sales, customers, and channel partners to drive product acceptance, brand credibility, and sustainable market growth in the region. The role focuses on site-level technical engagement, product promotion through demonstrations and trials, complaint resolution, and supporting the sales team with techno-commercial inputs.

3. Key Responsibilities

-Technical support to sales team for lead generation

- Conduct product demonstrations and site trials

- Site testing (Cube test, Slump, NDT, material tests)

- Technical guidance to masons, contractors, engineers

- Mix design and product suitability recommendations

- Customer complaint handling and resolution

- Technical documentation and MIS

- Support mason/contractor meets and seminars

- Coordinate with quality and production teams
