Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fresher & Experienced 1-2 years as Service Engineer based in Pune City & If required then outstation as well, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Service Engineer will perform daily tasks such as installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, providing field service and technical support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems provided by the company. The role requires direct client interaction and leveraging technical expertise to deliver high-quality services aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues confidently and effectively.
• Experience in Field Service and on-site customer support with the ability to handle technical challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair, ensuring the functionality and reliability of systems.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent field).
• Experience in automation, robotics, or industrial systems is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and an understanding of system integration processes are recommended.
