About The Role Reveur

We are hiring an Engagement Manager at Reveriext to work on Humanely someone who will be the trusted bridge between our platform and the founders who rely on it.

Our flagship product, Humanely, is Back Office on Auto Pilot AI-powered company, people & finance operations built for startups and growth-stage companies. We partner with founders to set up and run their people operations, compliance, finance processes, and business infrastructure so they can focus on building and scaling their core business. The platform brings together milestone-driven intelligence, organisational health scoring, compliance automation, and a partner ecosystem into a single, cohesive operating layer. We're the operating backbone for the human side of business.

As an Engagement Manager at Humanely, you will act as the single point of contact for founders and leadership teams owning their backend operational needs across HR, compliance, finance coordination, and execution tracking.

This role requires strong analytical ability, structured thinking, project management discipline, and mature client interaction skills. You will work closely with internal specialists and external partners to ensure seamless execution while building long-term trusted relationships with clients.

You're not just managing accounts you're helping founders build the operational foundation of their companies.

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Ownership


  • Build trusted relationships with founders and leadership teams



  • Understand business priorities, growth milestones, and operational challenges



  • Conduct regular reviews and proactively identify risks or gaps



  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement



  • Project & Operations Management


  • Understand and manage multiple client projects simultaneously across people ops, compliance, and finance workflows

  • Track deliverables using dashboards and progress trackers

  • Ensure timelines and service levels are consistently met

  • Coordinate milestone-driven deliverables aligned with each client's stage and growth trajectory


  • Analytical & Business Support


  • Interpret operational data and prepare actionable insights for clients

  • Assist in workforce planning, process optimisation, and execution strategy

  • Support implementation of tools, systems, and Humanely platform features

  • Prepare structured review decks and status reports for founder check-ins


  • Cross-functional Coordination



  • Work closely with internal HR, finance, and compliance specialists



  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners within the Humanely ecosystem



  • Escalate risks early and drive resolution across teams



  • Account Growth & Retention



  • Strengthen client engagement and Humanely platform adoption



  • Identify opportunities for service expansion based on client milestones



  • Contribute to revenue retention and growth


  • Requirements

    Who You Are


    Education


    • MBA or Master's in Finance / Operations / General Management / Analytics (preferred)


    Experience

    • 03 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, analytics, finance, or project management roles

    • Exposure to client interaction or stakeholder management preferred

    • Hands-on comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and dash-boarding/reporting platforms

    • Curious and adaptive using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude to move faster, automate routine work, and enhance communication
