Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Help customer build AI strategy and lead the transition of traditional AI/GenAI and AI engineering work to India under the GCC initiative.
People Management:
- Build and manage high-performing teams (4550 resources across Bangalore and Hyderabad).
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Optimize pyramid structure and improve Contribution Margin% .
- Ensure delivery under fixed rate card model with maximum leverage from India.
Innovation & Transformation:
- Lead big bets in Agentic AI, centralized Data & AI COE, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals.
Governance & Reporting:
- Define KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership
Our Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML and Analytics
- Proven track record in scaling AI teams and delivering large transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Agentic AI and GenAI technologies.
- Experience in managing fixed rate card delivery models and optimizing cost structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Agentic AI and advanced AI architectures
- Data engineering exposure desired but not mandatory
- Ability to build and lead Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
