Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement Strategy:
- Develop and implement site-specific employee engagement initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Create weekly/monthly site-level engagement calendar
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Planning & execution of site-level activities
- Mindful planning & managing engagement budget to execute the activities
- Calibrate with the engagement committee about the concepts of events, and secure approvals from the site VP.
- Interact and collaborate effectively and positively with individuals of all levels of the organization.
- Analyze data to inform engagement strategies and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Communication and Culture:
- Promote open and transparent communication within the site.
- Organize and facilitate events, workshops, and activities that foster a positive work culture and community.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and ensuring they are integrated into daily operations.
- Site-wise communications, promotional materials, upcoming events and activities
- Managing Site specific Social Media posts (if required)
Recognition and Reward Programs:
- Develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs (Kudos Carnival) to acknowledge and celebrate achievements.
- Create and distribute regular communications highlighting employee accomplishments and milestones.
Community and Team Building:
- Plan and execute team-building activities that strengthen relationships and improve collaboration
- Foster a sense of community by organizing social events and volunteer opportunities.
