Role Overview
We are seeking a proven leader in
Omnichannel Analytics to drive strategy, client success, and delivery excellence across large, complex omnichannel engagements. In this senior role, you will influence cross-functional teams, drive growth, lead analytical solutioning, and act as a trusted advisor for life sciences clients seeking end-to-end omnichannel transformation.
You will work closely with client commercial teams, marketing stakeholders, and cross-functional analytics teams to drive actionable insights and measurable ROI improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of omnichannel analytics projects across US pharma clients.
- Translate business problems into structured analytics frameworks and measurable KPIs.
- Present insights and recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
Analytics & Measurement
- Design and implement omnichannel measurement frameworks (digital + field channels).
- Perform campaign effectiveness analysis, ROI/ROMI assessment, and marketing attribution.
- Conduct test-control / uplift measurement and experimentation design.
- Develop dashboards and performance trackers to monitor engagement KPIs.
- Work on segmentation, targeting, and next-best-action analytics.
Data & Technical Collaboration
- Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to build scalable data models and reporting solutions.
- Leverage SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) for analysis and visualization.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across analytics outputs.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts/consultants.
- Provide guidance on analytics methodologies and best practices.
- Drive capability building within the omnichannel analytics practice.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics / omnichannel analytics (life sciences preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer journey analytics, campaign measurement, and channel effectiveness.
- Experience with attribution models, test-control frameworks, and ROI measurement.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python/R).
- Experience working with CRM data (Veeva/Salesforce), digital engagement data, and claims/secondary data is a plus.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing small teams (2–6 members) preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Pharma commercial analytics exposure (Oncology/Rare disease preferred).
- Experience with omnichannel platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Exposure to MMM, NBA models, or advanced analytics frameworks.
