You will collaborate with industry experts to build educational modules, images, video scripts, and interactive learning materials that simplify complex science and engineering concepts.
Role: Energy Learning Engineer (Geothermal & Critical Minerals) - Entry Level

Responsibilities
- Research and develop educational content across geothermal, rare earths, critical minerals, lithium, oil & gas, and renewables.
- Simplify technical topics into engaging, student-friendly explanations.
- Support the creation of videos, presentations, and assignments for online courses.
- Learn to apply AI and data-driven tools to enhance energy learning.
- Collaborate with team members to bring new ideas to life.

What We're Looking For
- Education: Degree, diploma, or any equivalent qualification (including self-taught expertise) in Mechanical, Mining, Petroleum, or Energy Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge Base: Textbook-level understanding of science and energy fundamentals
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency with software tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong research and learning ability
- Clear communication in English (written & spoken)
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into beginner-friendly explanations
- Interest in sustainability, teaching, or digital learning.
- Nice to Have:
- Programming familiarity or experience with ChatGPT or AI-based tools.
- Exposure to renewable or subsurface energy topics through coursework or projects.
Your Impact
- Create beginner-friendly training materials in geothermal, oil & gas, lithium, and renewables
- Explain drilling, energy systems, and resource extraction for students and professionals
- Support educational videos, slides, and assignments for online courses
