Job Title: Endpoint Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Endpoint Administrators to join our Enterprise Endpoint Management team. As part of a strategic initiative to enhance our Endpoint Management function, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling critical infrastructure services across multiple regions. You will work closely with the lead administrator and local operators to ensure seamless service delivery, operational continuity, and future readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms including SCCM, WSUS, Nexthink, and Intune
• Manage and support services such as Citrix, RMS, Revit Server, Bentley Software, and Autodesk licensing
• Lead deployments and upgrades for Office 365, Windows 11, and other enterprise software
• Collaborate on upcoming initiatives including Autopilot, Autopatch, and imaging solutions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
• Coordinate with local operators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices
Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in endpoint management and enterprise IT environments
• Strong expertise in SCCM, WSUS, Intune, and related technologies
• Experience with software deployment, patch management, and system imaging
• Familiarity with Citrix, Autodesk, and Bentley platforms is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team setup
