• Manage Citrix NetScaler HA, GSLB, Content Switching, and SSL VPN configurations.

• Handle application load balancing and traffic optimization.

• Configure and maintain Access Gateway and multi-factor authentication solutions.

• Work with networking components such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policies.

• Support firmware upgrades, system patches, and infrastructure enhancements.

• Troubleshoot networking and application delivery issues.

• Collaborate with end-users, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.

• Support Virtual Apps and XenDesktop environments (desirable).
