Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Dentist based in Gurugram. The Senior Dentist will oversee and perform advanced dental treatments and procedures, ensuring high-quality oral healthcare for patients. Responsibilities include diagnosing oral health issues, planning and executing treatment procedures, advising patients on oral health maintenance, and supervising junior dental staff. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in clinical procedures such as cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, root canal treatments, and orthodontics
- Comprehensive knowledge of oral health diagnostics and treatment planning
- Excellent patient communication, counseling, and advisory skills for oral health maintenance
- Proficiency in using advanced dental technologies and equipment
- Leadership skills to supervise and mentor junior dental professionals
- Certified degree in dentistry (BDS/MDS) with a valid license to practice in India
- Proven experience as a senior dentist or in a similar capacity
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of patient care and adhering to professional ethics
