What you'll actually be doing:

At Amura Health, we are building a structured, protocol-driven approach to treating chronic and hormonal conditions. We are looking for an Endocrinologist who is keen to go beyond routine clinical practice and be part of building something from the ground up.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder and Co-founder in shaping how endocrine care is designed, delivered, and scaled.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and treat patients with hormonal and metabolic conditions (diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, obesity, etc.)
• Work on developing clinical protocols from 0 to 1
• Contribute to clinical research and evidence-based frameworks
• Participate in real-time implementation of protocols and track patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the core medical team to build scalable treatment systems

Who We Are Looking For

• MBBS + MD (Medicine) + DM Endocrinology
• Freshers are welcome, provided they have a strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Interest in chronic disease management and hormonal health
• Open to non-traditional, protocol-driven care models
• Strong clinical thinking and a patient-first mindset
