Job Title: End-to-End Sales Executive (IT Recruitment & Staffing)

Haparz is looking for a driven and commercially strong End-to-End Sales Executive to manage the complete sales lifecycle within IT recruitment and staffing services. The role requires hands-on ownership from lead generation to client onboarding, demand creation, and closure, with a clear focus on revenue generation and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a target-driven environment while working remotely with global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and market mapping
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers including Hiring Managers, HR Heads, and Business Leaders
- Understand client hiring requirements and position IT recruitment and staffing solutions accordingly
- Convert prospects into active clients by driving onboarding discussions and commercial alignment
- Generate and manage hiring demand by acquiring open roles from clients
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and relevant profile submissions
- Follow up consistently on shared profiles, interviews, and hiring decisions to maintain pipeline momentum
- Gather structured feedback from clients and ensure alignment with delivery teams
- Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end sales, preferably within IT recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue closure
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle including contract and full-time hiring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-up and execution discipline
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple client accounts
