Seclore is looking for a Employer Branding Specialist who will drive and strengthen Seclore's employer brand across internal and external platforms. This role will focus on employer branding initiatives, social media strategy, online reputation management (ORM), and compelling brand storytelling to position Seclore as an employer of choice.

The individual will collaborate closely with the People Practices Team, Marketing, Leadership, and Business teams to enhance employee advocacy, candidate experience, and brand consistency across regions.

Here's what you will get to explore:

Employer Branding

Execute the employer branding roadmap aligned with business growth goals.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to embed branding into hiring campaigns and recruitment journeys.

Ensure consistent employer brand messaging across platforms and geographies.

Strengthen Seclore's EVP positioning internally and externally.

Digital Presence & ORM

Manage Seclore's employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.

Plan and execute structured content calendars aligned with brand themes and hiring priorities.

Monitor online reviews and proactively manage online reputation.

Track, analyze, and optimize engagement metrics across platforms.

Create social, visual, and video content that strengthens employer positioning.

Employee Advocacy & Culture Storytelling

Drive employee storytelling initiatives including testimonials, leadership spotlights, and culture showcases.

Build structured employee advocacy programs to amplify brand reach.

Promote culture initiatives and internal engagement campaigns externally.

Content & Creative Strategy

Develop written and visual content for social media, career pages, campaigns, and leadership branding.

Maintain a strong, consistent global brand tone while adapting messaging for different geographies.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create high-impact creative assets.

Events & External Branding

Support campus engagement, industry events, recruitment drives, and branding initiatives.

Assist in leadership profiling, HR PR activities, and award submissions.

Strengthen Seclore's positioning across employer recognition platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

Conduct competitor benchmarking and employer brand research.

Track employer brand health metrics and campaign performance.

Create leadership decks, brand dashboards, and campaign summaries with actionable insights.

We can see the next Entrepreneur at Seclore if you have:

36 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Branding, Communications, or Digital Marketing.

Strong expertise in employer branding and talent marketing strategies.

Hands-on experience in social media management and digital campaign execution.

Experience in content creation, storytelling, and brand narrative development.

Strong analytical skills with experience tracking engagement and performance metrics.

Excellent stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Cross-cultural branding understanding and global exposure (preferred).

Vendor management experience.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and analytics/social media tools.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.

GOOD TO HAVE:

Exposure to global branding environments.

Experience working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

Basic understanding of design tools and video content creation.

Experience managing employer reputation platforms and review ecosystems.
