Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai. The Employee will oversee day-to-day tasks such as client interaction, promoting financial products, assisting with loan disbursement processes, and maintaining a strong understanding of Ruloans services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, supporting clients with product education, and ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and relationship management
• Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance, with an ability to explain these to clients
• Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and applications such as Ruconnect or similar platforms
• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or related fields; relevant certifications in finance or customer service are a plus
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or finance is advantageous but not mandatory,
