Job Description

HR Business Partner (HRBP / Employee Relations / BHR)

Locations: Chennai - Ambit and Pattabiram

Shifts: Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts

Working Days: For Night shifts :5 Days (2 Offs)

for Morning shifts: 6 Days (1 Offs)

Joining: Immediate to 15 Days (Maximum 30 Days)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals in Core HRBP, Employee Relations, and Business HR functions. This role focuses on employee life cycle management, grievance handling, performance engagement, and collaboration with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Grievance Management

  • Handle and resolve employee grievances through structured and empathetic processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and implement action plans to reduce attrition.
  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance-related matters.

Engagement, Retention & Performance Management

  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Support managers in performance management, including coaching and capability building.
  • Address employee concerns proactively to ensure a healthy work environment.

Business HR & Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and organizational goals.
  • Drive key HR initiatives such as employee communication, induction programs, HR audits, and life cycle events.
  • Conduct regular appraisals, provide developmental feedback, and support career progression initiatives.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, disciplinary processes, labor laws, and statutory HR guidelines.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports aligned with audit and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in HRBP, Employee Relations, or BHR roles.
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling large employee bases in corporate/BPO environments preferred.
