Case volume has outgrown what one generalist can handle at a professional-services firm that is scaling its India centre fast, and employee-relations matters — grievances, policy interpretation questions, the occasional disciplinary case — have started sitting in a queue longer than they should. Flexiple is hiring an Employee Relations Specialist on the firm's behalf to own that queue directly, working alongside HR business partners rather than reporting through them.

You would run investigations end to end, from intake through to a documented resolution, advise managers on how to handle difficult conversations before they escalate, and keep the firm's policies consistent with how cases are actually being resolved on the ground. Confidentiality and a level head under pressure matter more here than in most HR roles.

• 3 to 8 years handling employee relations, grievances, or workplace investigations
• Working knowledge of Indian labour law and internal disciplinary processes
• Composed, discreet, and fair-minded when cases get sensitive
• Strong written documentation skills for case files and outcome letters
• Comfortable advising managers directly, not just processing paperwork
