Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced US Employee Relations Specialist to manage and maintain strong relationships with US-based employees after joining the organization. The role will serve as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of employee concerns, and a positive employee experience throughout their employment journey.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US employment practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently handle employee queries, concerns, and escalations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Employee Relations point of contact for US-based employees after joining.

• Establish regular communication with employees to understand their experience, engagement, and concerns.

• Conduct post-joining check-ins during key milestones such as 30, 60, and 90 days.

• Address and resolve employee queries related to company policies, employment processes, benefits, payroll coordination, attendance, and workplace concerns.

• Build trust and maintain strong professional relationships with US employees.

• Identify employee concerns or potential issues early and escalate them to the appropriate HR/business stakeholders.

• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and business teams to resolve employee-related matters.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee interactions, concerns, and resolutions.

• Support employee retention initiatives and identify trends that may impact employee satisfaction or attrition.

• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.

• Ensure employee communication is consistent with company policies and applicable US employment requirements.

• Conduct employee feedback and engagement conversations and provide actionable insights to management.

• Support offboarding and exit processes where required, including exit feedback and documentation.

• Prepare regular reports on employee concerns, engagement, retention, and key ER trends.

• Ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding through the employee lifecycle.
