Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Employee Relations professional to manage workplace relationships, handle employee grievances, and ensure a positive and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between employees and management, fostering trust, fairness, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Build and maintain strong employee-employer relationships
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work culture
- Partner with managers to address team dynamics and engagement challenges
Grievance Handling
- Manage end-to-end grievance redressal processes
- Investigate employee complaints with confidentiality and neutrality
- Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and document findings
- Recommend appropriate actions in line with company policies
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-ups
Policy & Compliance
- Interpret and implement HR policies and labor laws
- Ensure disciplinary actions comply with company policies and legal standards
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Conflict Resolution
- Mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management
- Provide guidance to managers on handling sensitive employee issues
- Facilitate fair and consistent decision-making
Employee Engagement
- Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Analyze trends in grievances and suggest preventive measures
- Conduct exit interviews and share actionable insights
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of employee cases and resolutions
- Prepare reports on employee relations metrics and trends

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in grievance handling, disciplinary actions, or employee relations
- Exposure to HRMS tools and case management systems
