Preparing and sharing of memo draft/show cause/Suspension letters/ notice as per recommendation given by Disciplinary Committee for issuance to the employee
Preparing and sharing letters on absconding/PIP
Preparing and sharing reply draft for submission to ALC's/ DLCs
Preparing and sharing relevant drafts as per specific requirements and any support in investigations
Interface with enquiry officers, legal counsel wherever required
Employee Grievance
Providing guidance and drafting responses for employee escalations, grievances in ER related matters
Policy and advise on complex staff matters
Present ER trends and risk assessments, trainings
Drive Compliance and corrective actions
Experience
10-15 years of relevant work experience in HR, ER and HR Compliance
Post Graduation/ Graduation having Labour Law studies/ IR/ER/Personnel Mgmt/LLB
