Employee Relations SPOC will support the execution of disciplinary processes, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and timely reporting of employee relations cases.
Accountability
- Prepare Process and Policy in line with the company policy and Quality
- Initiating disciplinary processes, including issuing notices and coordinating hearings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies during execution of disciplinary actions (e.g., issuing Show Cause Notices, validating SCN replies with Legal).
- Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases for audit and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Quality teams on policy implementation and process adherence.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain trackers for all cases and actions, ensuring timely reporting.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in employee relations management.
- Provide Insight to cross-functional teams on disciplinary procedures and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in LLB / HR
- 4 to 9 years of experience in Employee Relations / Operations
