Employee Field Sales - Assistant Manager

KSB Pumps Limited is looking for a driven Assistant Manager - CBS (Commercial Building Services) & WWW (Waste Water & Water) to join our field sales team. This role is perfect for a sales professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business, or Marketing, who excels at achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach within their assigned geographical area.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area for CBS & WWW.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including consultants, contractors, dealers, clients, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, and the dealer network through regular communication and visits.
  • Conduct market research to understand market needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers, retailers, and potential customers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with dealers, distributors, and other partners to expand market reach.
  • Represent the company at events, seminars, local trade shows, and exhibitions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
