JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT MANAGER CBS & WWW

  • Responsibilities: **
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical area for CBS & WWW .
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, consultants, contractors, including dealers, clients and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants / contractors / dealer network through regular communication and visits.
  • Conduct market research to understand market needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to dealers / retailers & potential customers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to direct customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with dealers /distributors and other partners to expand market reach.
  • Represent the company at events / seminars /local trade shows/ exhibitions.
  • Qualifications: **
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mech / Electrical) , Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with the products or services being offered.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

  • Proficiency in using CRM / SAP software and other sales tools.
