Job summary:
You will be responsible for creating intelligent solutions using data analytics, working with specialized applications to pull data from databases and other sources, and identifying patterns and trends. You will present data in charts, graphs, and tables, designing and developing relational databases, and building data input screens. You will implement measures to contain compliance risk, identifies gaps in risk models, and delivers value through concrete analytical solutions to business problems using advanced tech tools and techniques.
Job responsibilities:
Design rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas and automate reporting and controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to share information from process-related activities and initiatives (e.g., trends, systemic issues, control weaknesses).
Execute special projects as assigned by management.
Build robust, auditable analytics pipelines and dashboards from multiple data sources.
Translate policies and risk typologies into rules-based logic.
Explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences and produce clear documentation.
Document business requirements and generate SOPs for handover of automation to the Testing team for BAU activity.
Contribute to continuous improvement by bringing new ideas and perspectives.
Manage multiple projects focused on process automation and efficiency.
Design MIS and reports for senior management.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Qualified graduate with 2 yrs of relevant experience in Data Analytics with hands-on proficiency with Python (pandas, numpy packaging, logging, error handling).
Advanced SQL (complex joins, subqueries, window functions, performance tuning).
ServiceNow IRM/GRC and App Engine Studio: custom apps, data models, forms/UI policies, record producers, catalog items, workflows with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, basic scripting (GlideRecord).
Alteryx Designer for ETL, data prep, and automation.
Experience building analytics pipelines and dashboards.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for explaining findings and producing documentation.

.UiPath Studio for RPA workflows and orchestration basics.
.ThoughtSpot (Liveboards, Answers, TML).
.Databricks ecosystem (PySpark, Delta Lake, job scheduling, repos) experience scaling analytics on large datasets
