Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer Employee Central (EC) lifecycle and non-lifecycle transactions in alignment with defined processing practices and SLAs.
  • Manage queries received via team inbox, ServiceNow ticketing tool, and incoming calls/incidents in a timely manner.
  • Prepare employee contract documentation related to transfers, promotions, visa changes, leaves of absence, and remuneration updates.
  • Provide first-level responses to stakeholders regarding process and procedure-related questions.
  • Maintain and update business process documents related to Employee Central and other Talent Services sub-processes.
  • Update work rights, contracts, and HRIS records, ensuring real-time data accuracy.
  • Support the maintenance and management of personnel files.
  • Collaborate as an effective team member by sharing knowledge and assisting coworkers as needed.
  • Coordinate with payroll and other support teams to ensure seamless execution of employee transactions.
  • Escalate issues to the Talent Services Assistant Manager or EC SME as required.
  • Troubleshoot employee queries and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Provide proactive input to Talent Services leadership on improvements and development of the Talent Operations function.
  • Identify and raise potential issues for discussion with leadership and assist in driving agreed actions.
  • Provide support for additional Talent Services tasks as required.
