Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform initial patient assessments to determine the severity of medical conditions and identify the appropriate treatment approach
Diagnose illnesses and injuries by ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood work, x-rays, and CT scans
Provide immediate medical treatment to stabilize patients and prevent further complications, including administering medications, performing wound care, and carrying out other critical interventions
Admit patients to the hospital for continued care or discharge them with proper follow-up instructions and safety guidance
