Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Must have skills :EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration

Good to have skills :Backup and Recovery Systems

Minimum3year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will work remotely and onsite, ensuring the smooth operation of services running on different platforms. Your responsibilities will include hardware and software support, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and troubleshooting at L1 and L2 levels.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.

Work remotely and onsite to ensure the smooth operation of services running on various platforms.

Provide hardware and software support across all server and network areas.

Implement technology at the operating system-level.

Troubleshoot at L1 and L2 levels.

Collaborate with the team to find solutions to work-related problems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Backup and Recovery Systems.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
• Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
