Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Embroidery Merchandiser position based in Mumbai. The Embroidery Merchandiser will oversee client requirements, coordinate with designers and production teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality embroidery products. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, managing orders, and ensuring design accuracy and timely production schedules to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Sales and Retail to effectively promote and manage product offerings
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies and industry trends to support client outreach and product development
- Attention to detail and an understanding of embroidery techniques and garment production
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus
