Job Title: Lead Embedded Test Infrastructure

Experience - 10+

Location - Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Embedded Test Infrastructure Engineer to design and maintain scalable Python-based automation frameworks for embedded and automotive systems testing. The role involves building robust test infrastructure to support system validation, integration testing, and CI/CD-based automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Python-based automation frameworks for embedded systems testing.
  • Architect and maintain test infrastructure for system and integration testing.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of automation frameworks across projects.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and validation teams to define test strategies.
  • Enable CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for embedded platforms.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and improve framework scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor team members on automation best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong Python programming (framework development level).
  • Experience in automation framework architecture and ownership.
  • Hands-on experience in embedded systems testing.
  • Experience in Automotive or Embedded domain.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, test automation methodologies, and debugging.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
  • Knowledge of PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Linux-based embedded systems.

Experience

  • 8+ years in Embedded Testing / Automation
  • 3+ years in automation framework development or infrastructure ownership

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
