Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test electronic hardware circuits for embedded systems.
Develop power supply designs including SMPS topologies, DC-DC converters, and high-frequency transformer designs.
Design and analyze analog and digital circuits, including signal integrity considerations using simulation tools such as PSpice, LTSpice, or equivalent.
Design IGBT/MOSFET gate drivers, implement PWM techniques, and develop snubber circuits.
Design and implement EMI/EMC filters ensuring compliance with surge, EFT, ESD, conducted and radiated emission/immunity requirements.
Perform thermal analysis and heatsink calculations and select key components such as capacitors, inductors, LDOs, and X/Y capacitors.
Ensure designs comply with relevant IEC, CE, UL, and other applicable standards.
Review and guide PCB layout to ensure design reliability and performance.
Support hardware integration involving communication protocols such as RTU, USB, CAN, TCP/IP, Profibus, etc.
Participate in reliability and validation testing including HALT, ALT, and other environmental tests.
