We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Engr II to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge embedded software solutions, particularly within safety-critical environments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality embedded software in C/C++, applying strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and efficient coding.
- Perform excellent debugging and problem-solving in real-time embedded systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.
- Apply solid understanding of RTOS, embedded systems, and critical avionics standards like DO-178B/C for safety-critical applications.
- Leverage preferable Avionics Domain knowledge.
- Adhere to software development lifecycle practices, with a preference for Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Skills Requirement:

- Experience with Configuration Management (CM) systems for version control.
