About the role:
We're looking for an Email Marketer to own and scale lifecycle and campaign email marketing for Zocket and Bacon. This role is critical to how we nurture leads, activate users, re-engage drop-offs, and drive conversions across both brands.
You'll be responsible for strategy, execution, experimentation, and performance - turning email into a high-impact growth channel.
What You'll Do
- Lifecycle Email Strategy: Build and optimize email journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute email campaigns for launches, webinars, product updates, announcements and everything in between
- Copy & Messaging: Write high-converting email copy tailored to different personas and stages of the funnel
- Segmentation & Personalization: Use behavioral and demographic data to improve relevance and performance
- Experimentation: Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue impact
- Deliverability & Hygiene: Maintain list health, sender reputation, and compliance best practices
- Collaboration: Work closely with growth, product, and content teams to align messaging
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of hands-on experience in email or lifecycle marketing
- Strong copywriting skills with a performance mindset
- Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms
- Data-driven; you're comfortable analyzing performance and iterating based on results
- Solid understanding of funnels, user journeys, and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across brands
- Experience in AI SaaS or startup environments is a plus
