Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in email campaigning, email automation, and ROI-focused email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement automated email workflows (welcome series, lead nurturing, re-engagement, drip campaigns).
- Optimize email campaigns to drive ROI, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
- Segment audiences and personalize email communication to improve engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align email strategies with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics and share actionable insights and reports.
- Ensure email best practices, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Continuously improve email performance through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing and email campaigning.
- Hands-on experience with email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong understanding of ROI-driven email strategies and funnel-based communication.
- Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B email marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics.
