Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Email Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in
Email Outreach and LinkedIn Marketing for International B2B Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing outreach campaigns to identify potential clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate international B2B leads.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection strategies, personalized messaging & automation tools.
- Identify and research target audiences and build segmented email lists.
- Create and optimize outreach email sequences and templates to improve open & conversion rates.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead database for tracking and follow-ups.
- Monitor campaign metrics (Open rate, CTR, Responses, Conversion, Bounce rate, etc.).
- Coordinate with Sales & Business Development teams to ensure lead quality.
- Track campaign results and create weekly performance reports.
- Follow best practices for compliance and avoid spam issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation / LinkedIn Marketing- .Experience in international B2B lead generation is mandatory
- .Practical knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, Lemlist, SendGrid, HubSpot, or similar
- .Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn Automation Tools
- .Good written communication skills and analytical thinking
- .Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

Experience working with US, UK, Canada, Australia, or UAE market - s.Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
