About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, customer nurturing, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email campaign management, marketing automation, segmentation, analytics, and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and nurturing.
• Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip/nurture campaigns.
• Build and maintain segmented email lists based on industry, geography, customer profile, engagement, and other relevant criteria.
• Develop compelling email content, subject lines, CTAs, and campaign messaging in collaboration with the content and sales teams.
• Manage email marketing platforms and marketing automation workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, layouts, and sending times to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor key metrics including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain email databases and ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and deliverability.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to support lead nurturing and conversion.
• Ensure campaigns follow applicable email marketing, privacy, and deliverability best practices.
• Continuously research email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing / Digital Marketing / Marketing Automation.
• Strong understanding of B2B email marketing and lead nurturing.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of email automation, segmentation, personalization, and drip campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign analytics.
• Good understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and spam-prevention practices.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to analyze marketing data.
• Ability to work closely with sales, content, and business development teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Technology, or Staffing/Staff Augmentation.
• Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital lead-generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4, HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates.
