Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute event communication campaigns across email and landing pages, managing timelines, sequencing, and touchpoints.
- Create and distribute invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event
follow-ups that drive strong participation and engagement.
- Automate communication workflows (save-the-dates, last calls, thank-you notes,
surveys, highlight recaps, recordings).
- Design, Structure and Send Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly newsletters.
- Design and deploy high-impact, concentrated email sequences (drip campaigns,
product launches, or re-engagement cycles) beyond standard event comms.
- Collaborate with design/operations to ensure branding consistency across all
materials.
- Leverage CRM segmentation for personalized outreach to members,
investors, and partners.
- Track and report on KPIs (open rates, CTRs, RSVPs, attendance
conversion, engagement).
- Monitor and optimize email deliverability by managing email protocols -
ensuringSPF, DKIM, and DMARCrecords are correctly configured to
prevent spam flagging.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in managing mass mail merge sends.
- Proven expertise in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho
Campaigns, or similar).
- Familiarity with event registration/management tools (Eventbrite, Cvent, Zoho
Events, Airmeet, etc.).
- Strong copywriting ability for concise, professional, and
urgency-driven communications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage campaigns for
multiple events simultaneously.
