What is this role all about

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will own end-to-end execution of email campaigns for a B2B SaaS product. From segmentation and deliverability to optimisation and pipeline impact, you'll ensure email remains a high-performing growth and engagement channel.

Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

  • You will plan, build, and launch email campaigns including newsletters, outbound sequences, nurture flows, and re-engagement journeys
  • You will manage audience segmentation, tagging, lead status updates, suppression lists, and data hygiene
  • You will own deliverability best practices such as domain warm-up, sender reputation, spam checks, and bounce/complaint monitoring
  • You will track and optimise campaign performance across open rates, CTRs, replies, conversions, and pipeline impact
  • You will run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to continuously improve results

This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration drives better execution and outcomes.

  • You can interpret email metrics and optimise campaigns based on outcomes

What are the most critical skills for this role

  • You have strong execution skills with high attention to detail and ownership
  • You understand deliverability fundamentals such as warm-up, bounce handling, and sender reputation
  • You are comfortable working with email and outreach tools
  • You are analytical and data-driven in your optimisation approach

You will have an advantage if you:

  • Have experience using tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, Smartlead, or Debounce
  • Have worked on outbound or lifecycle email programs for SaaS products
  • Can clearly connect email performance to lead and pipeline impact
