Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works closely with team members to write and design engaging email campaigns for the
- enterprise.
- Builds engaging email templates in HTML/CSS that are mobile-friendly and responsive.
- Drives ideation and execution of A/B tests to drive engagement and activation.
- Recommend strategies for success including segmentation, audience identification, and
- personalization opportunities
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues or ESP errors that arise in campaign set up or
- deployment.
- Remains aware of and applies current email and mobile industry best practices, emerging
- technologies, and channel developments.
- Proactively develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase email opt-in, open rate,
- click through, conversion and retention while minimizing opt-out
- Monitors and manages email lists, deliverability and ensures legal compliance.
- Assists in building and deploying automated and trigger based campaigns
- Helps mentor and grow capabilites of Email Marketig Team
- Partner with analytics resources to understand and improve campaign performance.
- Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree; 5+ years experience in a relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of
- no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, crouching,
- reaching, handling, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is weekly pressure to meet
deadlines.
Equipment Used to Perform Job:
Standard office equipment including telephone, 10-key calculator, copier, fax, PC with word processing and
spreadsheet software.
