Overview

As the agency's E-commerce Email Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind their clients customer engagement and revenue growth. Think less batch and blast, and more crafting customer journeys that convert. You'll transform data into strategies and clicks into revenue, making every inbox interaction count.

Key details:

Role type: Full-time role (40 hours per week), Fully-remote, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (IST)

Salary range: 12L - 16L per annum depending on experience

Your responsibilities

  • Load emails and popups into Klaviyo, ensuring smooth execution of email campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
  • Create segments in Klaviyo to personalise communication and optimise targeting for various customer groups.
  • Perform regular list cleaning to maintain the quality and health of the email database and improve deliverability.
  • Set up automated email flows in Klaviyo, applying necessary filters and triggers for campaigns such as welcome sequences, cart abandonment, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email and CRM platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing campaigns.
  • Conduct account audits and campaign performance analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Build custom reports that provide insights on email campaign performance, customer engagement, and key metrics.

About You

Essential experience & skills

  • 3+ years of email marketing experience, with 2+ years of hands-on expertise in using Klaviyo
  • Experience and mastery over the following tech stack Klaviyo (or similar ESP like Iterable), Google Analytics, G-Suite, ClickUp and Slack.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
  • Client-facing experience (agency or freelance) that proves you can communicate with clarity and confidence while translating technical concepts into business wins.
  • A mind that sees stories in spreadsheets and opportunities in analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-starter energy with a team player heart.

  • Experience with other relevant tech tools, such as FormToro/Octane.ai, Lifetimely/Triplewhale, ClickUp
  • Start-up experience (or at least the appetite for organised chaos)
