Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing email campaigns for our global B2B & B2C audience.
This role will focus on lead nurturing, demand generation, and customer engagement, leveraging platforms like HubSpot/Klaviyo & Mailchimp to drive measurable business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Create and send email campaigns (promotional, newsletters, webinars)
- Work on tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
- Manage contact lists and basic segmentation
- Set up simple automation workflows
- Coordinate with content/design teams
- Implement trigger-based and behavior-based email automation
- Personalize email content using dynamic fields and smart content
- Maintain database hygiene and compliance
- Monitor key metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate
- Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, CTAs, send time)
- Optimize campaigns to improve engagement and ROI
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing and lead generation
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance
