Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, creating effective email templates, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for higher engagement. Key responsibilities also include managing marketing automation workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Email Marketing Software proficiency and familiarity with Marketing Automation tools
• Strong skills in Marketing Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Experience in Lead Generation and targeted email outreach
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an email marketing or similar role is an advantage
