About the Company

We are a fast-growing B2B demand generation and marketing services company helping global brands drive pipeline growth through data-driven marketing campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who can manage end-to-end email campaign execution while bringing strong technical and analytical capabilities to optimize performance.

Role Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing B2B email marketing campaigns for clients and internal initiatives. This role requires a blend of marketing execution, technical troubleshooting, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email automation platforms, campaign setup, deliverability management, HTML email basics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Execute end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns including setup, scheduling, QA, deployment, and reporting.
  • Manage audience segmentation, list hygiene, personalization, and campaign workflows.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution.

Technical Execution

  • Build and edit responsive email templates using basic HTML/CSS.
  • Manage automation workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Ensure email deliverability best practices including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce handling, and spam compliance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign deployment and tracking.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribe trends.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and send times.
  • Generate campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Platform & Data Management

  • Work with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Maintain CRM and database accuracy for campaign targeting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead flow and campaign alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing or marketing automation roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B email marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of email authentication and deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics and CRM reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and campaign QA processes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a B2B marketing agency or demand generation environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exposure to lead scoring, ABM campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
