Job Description

As the ABM B2B Email Marketing Specialist, you will architect and execute email programs tailored to high-value accounts across various B2B sectors. You will build personalised outreach sequences, nurture flows, account-specific campaigns, and multi-channel engagement journeys aligned with ABM principles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute ABM-driven email campaigns targeting specific accounts, industries, and buyer personas.
  • Create multi-step outbound and nurture sequences for top-of-funnel engagement, mid-funnel warming, and bottom-funnel conversion.
  • Segment audiences based on ICP, intent data, behavioural signals, engagement scoring, and firmographics.
  • Establish personalised messaging frameworks for key accounts and buying committees.
  • Build account-specific email workflows aligned with ABM plays, events, whitepapers, case studies, product stories, pain-point focused sequences.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, personalisation angles, CTAs, timing, and content structure.
  • Track and interpret campaign metrics, opens, clicks, replies, conversions, meeting booked rates, and account engagement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for clients, including insights, patterns, and next-step recommendations.
  • Collaborate with client strategy teams to align email campaigns with broader ABM playbooks and outreach plans.
  • Work with design and content teams to develop on-brand templates, value-driven messaging, and compliant structures.
  • Maintain data hygiene, lead scores, account tags, engagement statuses, and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B email marketing experience focused on ABM or lead generation.
  • Experience working within a B2B lead gen, outbound, or ABM-focused agency.
  • Strong experience with email outreach tools.
  • Knowledge of ICP development, account mapping, and intent-based targeting.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, performance optimisation, and behavioural data interpretation.
  • Strong grasp of deliverability, domain warming, reputation management, and cold email best practices.
  • Excellent written skills for C-level and multi-persona B2B communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and global email compliance.
