We're looking for a strategic Email Marketing Specialist who can craft personalized, account-based campaigns that build real connections not just fill inboxes.

What You'll Do- Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) email campaigns focused on key accounts and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with business goals.
- Write personalized, high-impact email content for different industries, personas, and buyer stages.
- Use marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to build and track campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain clean CRM data and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email standards.
What You Bring- 25 years of experience in B2B email marketing or ABM campaigns.
- Strong grasp of ABM strategy and personalization techniques.
- Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset you love testing, measuring, and improving.
Nice to Have- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
