Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Email Marketing Manager role based in Jaipur. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns, improving customer engagement strategies, and driving lead generation and conversions. Responsibilities include managing email automation workflows, segmenting customer lists, optimizing email content and performance, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Expertise in Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and customer acquisition techniques
• Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization and performance tracking
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
