Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive who can manage campaigns, build automation workflows, and support lead generation activities through structured email funnels. This role requires strong knowledge of deliverability, domain health, and conversion-focused nurturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute bulk email campaigns
- Build and manage automated email workflows
- Create structured pre- and post-nurturing flows for webinars, podcasts, and ongoing campaigns
- Segment audiences based on behaviour and engagement
- Integrate email campaigns with CRM and lead tracking systems
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns regularly
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and spam control
- Experience with email warming and sender reputation management
- Knowledge of domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC - practical exposure preferred)
- Maintain clean databases and suppression lists
- Ensure high inbox placement and low bounce/spam rates
