We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent copywriting abilities, and hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
2. Design and schedule newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and automated workflows.
3. Build, segment, and maintain email lists while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
4. Develop compelling email copy and coordinate with the design team for visually engaging templates.
5. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve campaign performance.
6. Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
7. Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
8. Ensure emails are optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
9. Maintain email deliverability by monitoring sender reputation and following email marketing best practices.
10. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to align email campaigns with business objectives.
11. Stay updated with industry trends, email marketing strategies, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo (Sendinblue), or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
- Strong understanding of email automation, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools and campaign analytics.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations.
2. Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
3. Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance standards.
4. Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company is an advantage.
