Role & Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and send email campaigns for candidate outreach, onboarding, and employer-brand programs using platform templates and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proficiency in at least one email platform: Mailchimp or HubSpot Marketing Hub or SendGrid
- Basic HTML/CSS for responsive email design and template editing
- Experience with A/B testing and interpreting campaign metrics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM tagging for campaign tracking
- Comfort with list segmentation, CSV manipulation and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to deliverability best practices and email compliance (unsubscribe handling, CAN-SPAM principles)
Preferred
- Experience with ActiveCampaign or Sendinblue
- Exposure to automation workflows and lead-nurture sequences
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
